En el presente trabajo se diseñaron estrategias pedagógicas y tecnológicas enfocadas a&#13;
promover el ahorro y uso eficiente del agua en las instituciones educativas del municipio&#13;
de Valledupar a través de una cultura ambiental. Los resultados muestran que las&#13;
estrategias utilizadas, facilitan la intención de la comunidad educativa por conservar el&#13;
agua; lo cual les motiva y permite transformar sus hábitos, asumir nuevos roles a favor del&#13;
cuidado del río como fuente de agua de la ciudad.; In the present work, pedagogic and technological strategies were designed to promote the&#13;
saving and efficient use of water in the educational institutions of the municipality of&#13;
Valledupar through an environmental culture. The results show that the strategies used,&#13;
facilitate the intention of the educational community to conserve water; What they like and&#13;
allows to transform their habits, assume new roles in favor of the care of the river as a&#13;
source of water in the city.

<summary type="text">Visualization of the formation of undergraduate competencies

The authors describe the mapping technique for&#13;
visualization of the formation of undergraduate&#13;
competencies. The authors consider the mapping&#13;
technique, because it is necessary to find adequate&#13;
mechanisms to analyze aspects of the relation&#13;
“pedagogue-student”. In addition, the technique&#13;
allows visualizing spatial information in order to&#13;
stimulate educational and professional activities of an&#13;
undergraduate by means of system-activity approach&#13;
and development of learning technologies. The article&#13;
gives an example of how to control and manage the&#13;
formation of undergraduate competencies. The&#13;
authors come to the following result: the modern&#13;
mapping technique can be used not only to analyze&#13;
the processes influencing the formation of&#13;
undergraduate competencies by means of systemactivity&#13;
and informational approaches, but also to&#13;
influence the organization of the learning process.; Los autores describen la técnica de mapeo para la&#13;
visualización de la formación de competencias de&#13;
pregrado. Los autores consideran la técnica de&#13;
mapeo, porque es necesario encontrar mecanismos&#13;
adecuados para analizar aspectos de la relación&#13;
"pedagogo-estudiante". Además, la técnica permite&#13;
visualizar información espacial para estimular las&#13;
actividades educativas y profesionales de un&#13;
estudiante mediante el enfoque de actividad del&#13;
sistema y el desarrollo de tecnologías de aprendizaje.&#13;
El artículo da un ejemplo de cómo controlar y&#13;
administrar la formación de competencias de&#13;
pregrado. Los autores obtienen el siguiente resultado:&#13;
la moderna técnica de mapeo se puede utilizar no solo&#13;
para analizar los procesos que influyen en la&#13;
formación de competencias de pregrado por medio de&#13;
la actividad del sistema y los enfoques informativos,&#13;
sino también para influenciar la organización del&#13;
proceso de aprendizaje

Burlar uma prova, ou “colar”, é uma prática&#13;
recorrente e bastante comum entre alunos, quando&#13;
são avaliados. Professores muitas vezes consentem&#13;
com esta prática, por não saber os motivos que levam&#13;
a ela, sendo difícil de controlá-la. Na engenharia,&#13;
como ciência exata, os motivos pelos quais os alunos&#13;
“colam”, parecem ser mais objetivos, de fácil&#13;
entendimento, mas não justificáveis. Diante do&#13;
exposto, vê-se a necessidade de se realizar um&#13;
estudo sobre “colar”, pela visão dos estudantes de&#13;
engenharia. Desta forma, objetivou-se,&#13;
principalmente, aferir a percepção que os estudantes&#13;
de engenharia têm sobre a “cola”, destacando as&#13;
justificativas dadas por eles para este ato. Pretendese&#13;
que isso possa estimular uma reflexão entre alunos&#13;
e professores, colocando esta prática em discussão.&#13;
Acredita-se que, através do diálogo, é possível coibir&#13;
a “cola”.; Outwit an evaluation, or "copying", is a recurring&#13;
practice and quite common among students when&#13;
evaluated. Teachers often consent to this practice&#13;
because they do not know the motives that lead to it,&#13;
and it is difficult to control it. In engineering, as an&#13;
exact science, the reasons why students tease exams&#13;
seem to be more objective, easily understood, but not&#13;
justifiable. In view of the above, it is necessary to&#13;
carry out a study on the "copying", by the vision of&#13;
engineering students. In this way, this work has as&#13;
main objective to gauge the perception that the&#13;
engineering students have on the "copying",&#13;
highlighting the justifications given by them for this&#13;
act. It is intended that this may stimulate a reflection&#13;
between students and teachers, placing this practice&#13;
under discussion. It is believed that through dialogue,&#13;
it is possible to curb the "glue".

El objetivo del estudio consistió en demostrar el&#13;
impacto que los objetos de aprendizaje pueden tener&#13;
en procesos de formación de los estudiantes. La&#13;
investigación tuvo un enfoque cuantitativo con&#13;
método de recolección de datos, aplicándose&#13;
encuestas a 186 estudiantes de la UCSG- Ecuador que&#13;
asisten al curso de Informática I y Ofimática en la&#13;
Educación Superior, dos asignaturas de diferentes&#13;
mallas que en el syllabus tienen la misma&#13;
herramienta, que es Microsoft Excel, con los temas de&#13;
función SI y operadores lógicos (Y/O).; The objective of the study was to demonstrate the&#13;
impact that learning objects can have on students'&#13;
training processes. The research had a quantitative&#13;
approach with data collection method, applying&#13;
surveys to 186 students of the UCSG-Ecuador who&#13;
attend the course of Computer Science I and Office&#13;
Automation in Higher Education, two subjects of&#13;
different meshes that in the syllabus have the same&#13;
tool, which is Microsoft Excel with the SI function&#13;
topics and logical operators (AND / OR).
