El artículo tiene como objetivo describir las áreas que se están investigando en administración a nivel mundial. Para realizar esta búsqueda se recurrió a tres plataformas digitales: Science Direct, desarrollada por la editorial Elsevier; Springer Link. Se buscó en las bases de datos información sobre la producción de artículos realizados en el periodo 2013-2022, con y sin acceso abierto, utilizando palabras clave que incluían los términos administración y management. Se concluye que el campo más investigado por los autores en el periodo de estudio es el de la producción.; The article aims to describe the areas that are being researched in management worldwide. To carry out this search, three digital platforms were used: Science Direct, developed by the publisher Elsevier; Springer Link. Information on the production of articles carried out in the period 2013-2022, with and without open access, was searched in the databases, using keywords that included the terms administration and management. It is concluded that the field most investigated by the authors in the study period is that of production.

El propósito del artículo es argumentar la necesidad de una educación ambiental que fortalezca la identidad endógena como mecánica de gestación de una cultura ambiental. En tal sentido, el ambiente apropiado se convierte en una construcción social que funciona, al mismo tiempo como ubicación espacio temporal de los sujetos y como un referente identitario, una vez identificada la afectación de la crisis ambiental sobre el sujeto. En lo concerniente a lo metodológico es un estudio documental, que permitió concluir que: una gestión proactiva de la educación ambiental que promueva la identidad endógena, fundada en el reconocimiento de las relaciones del hombre con su entorno, puede gestar una cultura ecológica que articule el pensamiento y la acción.; The purpose of the article is to argue the need for an environmental education that strengthens the endogenous identity as a mechanism for the gestation of an environmental culture. In this sense, the appropriate environment becomes a social construction that functions, at the same time, as a space-time location of the subjects and as an identity reference, once the impact of the environmental crisis on the subject has been identified. Regarding the methodological aspect, it is a documentary study, which allowed us to conclude that: a proactive management of environmental education that promotes endogenous identity, based on the recognition of man's relations with his environment, can create an ecological culture that articulates the thought and action.
