El presente artículo se enfoca principalmente en el rol del docente como
promotor de derechos humanos en Venezuela. Epistemológicamente corresponde a una investigación cualitativa con enfoque etnometodológico, la cual
trata de analizar el papel preponderante del docente como promotor de derechos humanos en la educación formal de los niños y adolescentes en un Estado Democrático y Social de Derecho y de Justicia. Se concluye que, con la
educación en derechos humanos para los niños y adolescentes, se fomenta la
construcción de una sociedad democrática armónica, justa y amante de la paz.; This article mainly focuses on the role of teachers as promoters of human
rights in Venezuela. It epistemologically corresponds to a qualitative research
with an ethnomethodological approach, which tries to analyze the preponderant role of teachers as promoters of human rights in the formal education of
children and adolescents in a Democratic and Social State of Law and Justice.
It is concluded that human rights education for children and adolescents encourages a harmonious, unbiased and peace-loving democratic society.

En el siguiente ensayo se presenta, a modo de reflexión crítica, la esencialidad del libro como bien cultural, que trasciende los linderos del tiempo y del
espacio para hacerse parte sustantiva en la vida de todos. En los diversos apartados podemos acercarnos a la escritura como memoria de la humanidad, a la
complejidad del proceso de escritura, al disfrute sensorial y el placer del libro,
y cómo se erige a su vez en camino de autorrealización. Cierra el texto con el
impacto del libro impreso a escala planetaria en el mundo contemporáneo, lo
que echa por tierra la tesis de su desaparición frente a las arremetidas del libro
electrónico en sus distintas modalidades y soportes.; The following essay presents, as a critical reflection, the essentiality of the
book as a cultural asset, which transcends the boundaries of time and space
to become a substantive part of everyone's life. In the various sections we can
approach writing as a memory of humanity, the complexity of the writing
process, the sensory enjoyment and pleasure of the book, and how it stands
in turn on the path of self-realization. The text closes with the impact of the
printed book on a planetary scale in the contemporary world, which demolishes the thesis of its disappearance in the face of the onslaught of the electronic book in its different modalities and supports.

Pese a tener una base afectada por simultáneos planteos que disiden de la narrativa
heterosexual, el código masculino subsiste y opera según sus intereses. En los sitios
demarcados por la autoridad-hombre, que configura notaciones normativas, los
agentes estimuladores de la diversidad identitaria irrumpen y convierten lo marginado en performance, arte-intervención, cuerpo-maquinaria. Ante esta polifonía y
sus cruces políticos, la masculinidad se ciñe estructuralmente estableciendo parámetros de acceso y permanencia, tramas-fobia, estereotipos, patrones de formación a
partir del sistema sexo-género. En ese sentido, la Universidad Nacional Experimental de la Seguridad (UNES) proporciona a la audiencia académica y comunitaria materiales de lectura con el propósito de generar, por una parte, reflexión en torno a la
violencia, la sexualidad y el machismo. Por otra, evoca la lucha emprendida desde
el feminismo y promueve la comprensión del patriarcado como establishment.; Despite having a base affected by simultaneous statements that dissent from the heterosexual narrative, the masculine code subsists and operates according to its interests. In the places demarcated by the authority-man, which configures normative notations, the stimulating agents of identity diversity burst in and turn the marginalized
into performance, art-intervention, body-machinery. Faced with this polyphony and
its political intersections, masculinity is structurally attached, establishing parameters of access and permanence, plots-phobia, stereotypes, patterns of formation from
the sex-gender system. In this sense, the National Experimental University of Security (UNES) provides the academic and community audience with reading materials
with the purpose of generating, on the one hand, reflection on violence, sexuality
and machismo. On the other, it evokes the struggle undertaken from feminism and
promotes the understanding of patriarchy as an establishment.
