Este proyecto se trata de una propuesta para el diseño del puente sobre el rio cajarito ubicado entre los
sectores El Amparo estado Cojedes y Santa Cruz estado Portuguesa. Esta propuesta está justificada por el
colapso total de la estructura, es por ello que en este ejemplar se diseñan todos los elementos del puente, en
base a los criterios de diseños establecidos en las normativas existentes en nuestra nación. La propuesta se
enmarca bajo la modalidad de una investigación de campo no experimental, bajo la modalidad de proyecto
factible, el instrumento utilizado fue la observación estructurada que arrojo la información necesaria para el
diagnóstico y análisis del mismo. Además estableciendo un plan de mantenimiento preventivo para ser
ejecutado en la estructura de manera que esta pueda permanecer en el tiempo.; This project is a proposal for design of bridge on the river cajarito, located between amparo state Cojedes-
Santa Cruz state Portuguesa. This proposal is justified by the total collapse of the structure, that is why in
this issue are designed all elements of the bridge, based on the design criteria established in existing
regulations in our nation. The proposal is made in the form of a field investigation no experimental, under
the modality of feasible project, the instrument used was structured observation. That showed the
information needed for diagnosis and analysis thereof. Besides establishing a preventive maintenance plan
to be executed in the structure that so it can remain on time.

La presente investigación, se plantea como objetivo crear un modelo informático metacognitivo Se servicios
ambientales para la comunidad UNELLEZ-VIPI metodológicamente, la misma se está desarrollandoen el
paradigma positivista, de enfoque cuantitativo, con un diseño de campo no experimental y una modalidad
descriptiva y explicativa conectivista, se enmarcará dentro del Área de Ciencias de la Educación bajo la
línea de investigación identificada como: Educación y Desarrollo Comunitario. se iniciará con una muestra
piloto mínimo 32 personas (estudiantes de los primeros semestres), según el Teorema del Limite Central
(muestras pequeñas suficientemente grande, sí los datos provienen de una población normal de Gauss),
calculando el error de medición (e) y las varianzas (σ2) de cada ítem. Tomando el eyσ2del ítem que dé> e y
> σ2, e introduciendo estos valores en la fórmula probabilística para poblaciones finitas como lo recomienda
el manual electrónico estadístico del programa IMB SPSS (2017). Se logró utilizar la web tradicional como
plataforma cotidiana de búsqueda que lograron establecer los parámetros de la investigación. La misma,
abordará los tópicos concernientes a los Servicios Ambientales (SA), las Tecnologías de Comunicación e
Información (TIC’s), la economía circular y multiR (ECMR), utilizando algoritmos de minería y
recuperación de textos (texts & documents minig, web crawling) y (file, document & web (URL) retrieval),
con softwares de última generación tal es el caso de Statistica V-7.; The present research, aims to create a metacognitive computer model. Environmental services for the
UNELLEZ-VIPI community methodologically, it is being developed in the positivist paradigm, quantitative
approach, with a non-experimental field design and a descriptive and explanatory modality connectivist, It
will be framed within the Area of Education Sciences under the line of research identified as: Education and

La presente revisión bibliográfica contempla aspectos relevantes sobre el estado de la biodiversidad y las
líneas estratégicas fundamentales en el diseño de políticas públicas para su conservación, tarea vital para la
humanidad. La biodiversidad y los ecosistemas son la base fundamental del desarrollo socioeconómico
del planeta y generadores de bienes y servicios esenciales para el bienestar humano. Esta realidad
propia de la flora, fauna, agua, suelo y el aire, donde se desarrolla toda la gama de variedades de seres vivos
sobre la tierra, invita a unir esfuerzos transdisciplinarios para avanzar hacia un modelo de desarrollo
sustentable que minimice el impacto de las actividades humanas sobre el ambiente. La conservación de la
biodiversidad debe dejar de ser simple retórica para convertirse en práctica común de toda la sociedad
planetaria. El Convenio Internacional de Diversidad Biológica suscrito por Venezuela deja claro que las
partes firmantes son conscientes de los valores que tienen la biodiversidad y sus componentes. En este
sentido, con esta investigación se busca gestionar la información prevista por la estrategia nacional para la
conservación de la diversidad biológica 2010-2020 que contiene el diagnóstico y los lineamientos
fundamentales para la articulación colectiva de un modelo de desarrollo alternativo fundamentado en la
sustentabilidad.; This bibliographic review contemplates relevant aspects about the state of biodiversity and the fundamental
strategic lines in the design of public policies for its conservation, a vital task for humanity. Biodiversity
and ecosystems are the fundamental basis of the socioeconomic development of the planet and generators
of goods and services essential for human well-being. This reality of flora, fauna, water, soil and air, where
the entire range of varieties of living things on earth is developed, invites us to join transdisciplinary efforts
to move towards a sustainable development model that minimizes the impact of Human activities about the
environment. The conservation of biodiversity must cease to be simple rhetoric to become a common
practice of the entire planetary society. The International Convention on Biological Diversity signed by
Venezuela makes it clear that the signatory parties are aware of the values that biodiversity and its
components have. In this sense, this research seeks to manage the information provided by the national
strategy for the conservation of biological diversity 2010-2020 that contains the diagnosis and the
fundamental guidelines for the collective articulation of an alternative development model based on
sustainability.

El turismo es una actividad socioeconómica importante en el desarrollo nacional, y en sí mismo
contempla una amplia gama de actividades necesarias para la calidad de un servicio integral y
versátil, el cual no sólo toma en consideración la transdisciplinariedad desde la sustentabilidad,
sino que además se sustenta en la Teoría de Intercambio Social que condiciona la interacción entre
los turistas y los receptores turísticos. En Latinoamérica aun en épocas de crisis, se considera un
factor de desarrollo económico dinámico y en constante crecimiento, asimismo Venezuela al ser
un país con una inigualable diversidad geográfica y cultural, se convierte en uno de los territorios
con mayores bellezas naturales. El objetivo del artículo consiste en analizar las potencialidades
con una visión turística sustentable como alternativa de emprendimiento desde la Teoría del
Intercambio Social, en Lima Blanco estado Cojedes; este se sustenta en abordajes participativos
empleando los métodos científicos histórico-lógico, análisis-síntesis e inductivo-deductivo. Entre
las potencialidades naturales de la localidad, está el Cerro Palmarejo, los pozos de agua: la Danta
y el Chigüire, pertenecientes al río Tinapum, así como una extraordinaria belleza y sincronía con
la naturaleza, que puede ser ofertada al nicho de turistas jóvenes con preferencias por el turismo
rural. Los tipos de turismo que pueden ser desarrollados en Lima Blanco son el turismo cultural,
rural, deportivo, social, religioso e histórico. De esta forma es sumamente necesario construir el
turismo comunitario de forma transcompleja, teniendo en consideración la visión geográfica,
agroecológica, cultural, política, demográfica y social para crear una experiencia extraordinaria
que emerja de la autenticidad del contexto.; Tourism is an important socio-economic activity in national development, and in itself
contemplates a wide range of activities necessary for the quality of a comprehensive and versatile
service, which not only takes into account transdisciplinarity from sustainability, but also It is
based on the Social Exchange Theory that determines the interaction between tourists and tourist
recipients. In Latin America, even in times of crisis, it is considered a dynamic and constantly growing economic development factor, and Venezuela, being a country with an unequaled
geographical and cultural diversity, becomes one of the territories with the greatest natural beauty.
The objective of the article is to analyze the potential with a sustainable tourism vision as an
alternative for entrepreneurship from the Social Exchange Theory, in Lima Blanco, Cojedes state;
this is based on participatory approaches using historical-logical, analysis-synthesis and inductivedeductive
scientific methods. Among the natural potential of the town, there is the Cerro
Palmarejo, the water wells: the Danta and the Chigüire, belonging to the Tinapum River, as well
as an extraordinary beauty and synchrony with nature, which can be offered to the niche of young
tourists with preferences for rural tourism. The types of tourism that can be developed in Lima
Blanco are cultural, rural, sports, social, religious and historical tourism. In this way it is extremely
necessary to build community tourism in a trans-complex way, taking into account the
geographical, agroecological, cultural, political, demographic and social vision to create an
extraordinary experience that emerges from the authenticity of the context.
