El presente proyecto de investigación demuestra la
relación que existe entre el liderazgo de servicio y el
involucramiento en el trabajo. Especialmente se
demostró que existe una fuerte relación entre las
variables de sanación emocional, empoderamiento y
comportamiento ético y las variables de vigor,
dedicación y absorción en el trabajo. El estudio fue
realizado en México con una muestra de 424
trabajadores.; This research project demonstrates the relationship
between service leadership and work engagement.
Especially it was demonstrated the relationship that
there is a strong relationship between the variables of
emotional healing, empowerment and ethical behavior
and the variables of vigor, dedication and absorption
at work. The study was conducted in Mexico with a
sample of 424 workers.

El Derecho de la Responsabilidad Civil pretende como
último fin el resarcimiento del daño irrogado a los
bienes o la persona de la víctima y a lo largo de la
historia ha jugado un papel protagónico en el orden
social, al ser una constante en las sociedades la
causación de daños entre sus miembros, por lo que,
dada la importancia de esta institución jurídica, en el
presente trabajo se ha pretendido examinar los
principales aspectos de la misma (como lo son su
concepto, clases y regímenes), para trasladarlos al
estudio de la Responsabilidad Extracontractual del
Estado y los elementos que en la actualidad la
conforman a partir del desarrollo constitucional, legal,
jurisprudencial y doctrinal que se ha gestado, en torno
al deber de reparar que recae sobre el Estado, lo que
evidencia la evolución de la misma en Colombia.; Reparation is a concept about a complete
compensation (¿?) it's evolution has been produced by
its development un diverse sources aimed all the
human rights watch and after national rights. The
present study is regarding research that has features
looking for the meaning of reparation un Colombia.
The legal output is exposed by the "Consejo de estado"
in its jurisprudence. The formal source in the laws that
acquires even more relevance in the diverse
institutions konwlegde which make up the legal code
and talking specifically after holistic reparation for
victim. In this case, in the damages attributable to the
state, what evidences the evolution of it in Colombia.

El propósito del escrito es mostrar la importancia de la aplicación de los
inductores de valor ciclo de liquidez, ciclo de caja, capital de trabajo neto
operativo (KTNO), su productividad y el EBITDA en las empresas sociales del
Estado. Las bases teóricas y metodológicas de la investigación es la teoría
gerencia del valor sustentado en un enfoque sistemático, métodos de
deducción e inducción, análisis y síntesis. Los resultados identificaron que la
grave situación financiera de estas empresas impide generar valor social.; The purpose of the document is to show the importance of the application of
the liquidity cycle, cash cycle, net operating capital (KTNO) value inductors,
their productivity and EBITDA in the social enterprises of the State. Theoretical
and methodological basis of research is the theory of value management based
on a systematic approach, methods of deduction and induction, analysis and
synthesis. The results identified that the serious financial situation of these
companies prevents generating social value.

The article presents the demographic “portrait” of the
Tazovskaya, Gydanskaya and Nakhodkinskaya tundras
in Western Siberia. The study is focused on the
analysis of “gender shift” in a nomadic family of the
Tazovsky district in the Yamal-Nenets autonomous
okrug. We implemented quasi-genetic methods, cluster
and gender analysis to explore marriage bonds and the
Arctic indigenous peoples’ clan structure (“erkars” and
“tenzes”). The research was conducted with the
support of the Russian Foundation for Basic Research
(project No. 18-010-00875).; El artículo presenta el "retrato" demográfico de las
tundras Tazovskaya, Gydanskaya y Nakhodkinskaya
en Siberia occidental. El estudio se centra en el análisis
del "cambio de género" en una familia nómada del
distrito de Tazovsky en el okrug autónomo Yamal-
Nenets. Implementamos métodos cuasi-genéticos,
análisis de grupos y de género para explorar los lazos
matrimoniales y la estructura de clanes de los pueblos
indígenas del Ártico ("erkars" y "tenzes"). La
investigación se realizó con el apoyo de la Fundación
Rusa para la Investigación Básica (proyecto No. 18-
010-00875).
