En tal sentido, la estructura herramental del arqueo heurístico estuvo conformada por el sendero teórico de las perspectivas antropo-sociológicas en torno al problema de la magia y la religión. Asimismo, se hace énfasis en la ubicuidad del sujeto patrimonial desde el germen constitutivo de una sociedad matriarcal potenciada por la horizontalidad de sus relaciones sociales y equilibrio con la naturaleza, en contraposición a una sociedad patriarcal verticalizada basada en la autoridad ejercida para la dominación. Destacando que el sujeto patrimonial construye su universo cultural-simbólico, fundamentalmente desde los imaginarios de la magia y la religión.; This article aims to unveil the episteme of the patrimonial subject from its magical-religious origins to the rationalist configuration of modern culture in the West. In this sense, the tooling structure of the heuristic archeology was shaped by the theoretical path of anthroposociological perspectives around the problem of magic and religion. Likewise, emphasis is placed on the ubiquity of the patrimonial subject from the constitutive germ of a matriarchal society enhanced by the horizontality of its social relationships and balance with nature, as opposed to a verticalized patriarchal society based on the authority exercised for domination.
