De hecho, se reconocen los avances en técnicas e instrumentos de evaluación. Sin embargo, en la práctica ello no se traduce en un cambio de la cultura evaluativa del profesor. El propósito fundamental del presente trabajo es vislumbrar algunas categorías que posibilitarían la construcción de actividades que permitan dinamizar la formación de la cultura pedagógica del profesor universitario en evaluación de los aprendizajes. Se realizó un arqueo bibliográfico que dio cuenta del tratamiento teórico de la temática. Ello evidenció que la cultura evaluativa del profesor está permeada por su contexto laboral, su cultura previa acumulada y su identidad profesional. A partir de estas premisas se elaboró un corpus de actividades de corte educativo que pretende potenciar la formación evaluativa del profesor universitario desde la re-significación de su cultura evaluativa.; Learning assessment is a topic which has become very important recently; it is known the advances of techniques and instruments of assessment. However, in practice it does not indicate a change in teacher’s assessment culture. The main purpose of this paper is to establish some categories which allow developing a group of activitiesto dynamize university teachers’ formation to learning assessment. Methodologically, a bibliographical review was carried out, to establish the treatment of the topic; it shows that teacher ́s evaluation culture is conditioned by work context, his previous culture and his professional identity. UNA VINCULACIÓN NECESARIA PARA LA EFECTIVA PRÁCTICA DEL DOCENTE Domínguez de R., María; Vásquez, Laura Gabriela Uno de los aspectos más relevantes del proceso educativo es el currículo pues será a partir de su aplicación que se determinará el qué, el cómo y el para qué enseñar en los diferentes niveles educativos. A partir de este criterio se desarrolló un análisis sobre la vinculación del currículum explícito y el currículum oculto para la efectiva práctica del docente. Con la finalidad de profundizar sobre este tema se realizó la revisión documental a través de la técnica de análisis del contenido. Los resultados obtenidos del estudio realizado indican, entre otros aspectos, que el currículum explícito y el currículum oculto coexisten en todos los niveles del sistema educativo. Se destaca además, que aunque se le ha dado menor relevancia al estudio del currículum oculto, su aplicación contribuye ampliamente al fortalecimiento de los valores y al fomento del desarrollo integral del estudiante.; One the most relevant aspects of educational process is the curriculum sinceits application will determine what, how and why to teach in different levels of education. As from this criterion an analysis was developed concerning linkage of the explicit curriculum and hidden curriculum for the effective practice of the teacher. With the purpose to study in depth about this topic the documentary review was made through the content analysis technique. The results obtained from carried out study indicated, among other aspects, that the explicit and hidden curriculums coexist in all its levels of the education system. It is stands out also that although it has been given less relevant to the study of the hidden curriculum; its application contributes widely to the strengthening of the values and promotion of the student’s integral development. En relación a los objetivos específicos, estos estuvieron encaminados a: Describir los Enfoques Teóricos que sustentan la Gestión Administrativa y la Calidad Total, Identificar los aspectos relevantes de la Gestión Administrativa que fortalecen la Calidad de la Educación Básica Rural y Destacar la importancia de la Gestión Administrativa en la Calidad de la Educación Básica Rural. El trabajo es de naturaleza documental, apoyado en un diseño bibliográfico. Se utilizó como técnica el fichaje y el análisis de contenido y como instrumento la ficha. Se concluyó que la Gestión Administrativa, debe considerar las carencias existentes, para fortalecer la Calidad de la Educación Básica Rural, a través de un proceso educativo, que satisfaga los intereses y necesidades del sujeto, en su contexto sociocultural, de tal manera, que las competencias adquiridas, le permitan participar en los procesos de construcción de mejores escenarios de progreso y desarrollo de su medio, que cada día le exige una formación, que se refleje en el conocer, hacer, ser y convivir en la pluralidad y la diversidad, en un mundo en procesos de cambios permanentes. Ello plantea, la necesidad de incorporar a la población rural del Continente Americano en el proceso educativo, atendiendo a sus aptitudes, destrezas y habilidades.; The investigation aimed to analyze the theoretical approaches that support the Administrative Management and Total Quality as essential paradigms in the context of the Rural Basic Education.In relation to the specific objectives, these were aimed: Explain the theoretical approaches that support the Administrative Management and Quality, identify the relevan aspects of the Administrative Management that strengthen the Quality of Basic Education Rural and emphasize the importance of the Administrative Management Quality of Rural Basic Education. The investigation is documentary in nature, supported by a bibliographical design.The signing and content analysis was used as a technique and as an instrument file. La modalidad fue Proyecto Factible con una Investigación de Campo y el diseño No Experimental. Los resultados más significativos fueron: 93% del personal de la (ODM) apoya la aplicación de (IG); en Venezuela se desconoce acerca de la aplicación de una herramienta similar a esta propuesta, existen carencias de herramientas gerenciales e indicadores de gestión para el deporte municipal, por ende se desconoce cómo ha sido el desempeño de las organizaciones deportivas municipales a nivel nacional.; The present work proposes a strategic plan based on management indicators (IG) to optimize the performance of the Simón Bolívar Municipal Sports Organization (ODM) of the Valleys of Tuy, diagnosing the needs in terms of its planning in function of the optimization of its Management performance, determining the feasibility of elaborating a Strategic Plan based on (GI) and finally designing a Strategic Plan. The modality was Feasible Project with a Field Investigation and the Non-Experimental design. The mostsignificant results were: 93% of the staff of the (MDG) supports the application of (GI); In Venezuela it is unknown about the application of a tool similar to this proposal, there are deficiencies of management tools and management indicators for municipal sport, by effort it is unknown how has been the performance of municipal sports organizations at national level.
