Análisis bibliométrico del capital humano, gestión del conocimiento, aprendizaje organizacional y competitividad educativa

Abstract

En este trabajo se analiza la producción científica de 2010-2018 del capital humano, gestión del conocimiento, aprendizaje organizacional y competitividad educativa. Se realizó análisis en Web of Science y Scopus, bases de datos del Consejo Nacional de Ciencia y Tecnología y la Secretaría de Educación Pública referente al número de investigadores en México en el área de educación, instituciones pertenecientes y cuerpos académicos. Las variables de interés han sido poco tratadas internacional como nacionalmente ya que han sido analizadas mayoritariamente en el ámbito privado.

Analyze the 2010-2018 scientific production of human capital, knowledge management, organizational learning and educational competitiveness. Analysis was carried out in Web of Science and Scopus, databases of the National Council of Science and Technology and the Secretariat of Public Education, referring to the number of researchers in Mexico in the area of education, belonging institutions and academic bodies. The variables of interest have been little treated internationally or nationally and have been analyzed mainly in the private sphere.
