Abstract

Objetivo:Analizar el impacto de la atención primaria en la salud mental de pacientes con trastornos de ansiedad.Método:Se apoyóen el enfoque cuantitativo, recurriendo a la tipología documental-bibliográfica, lo que permite establecer el análisis del objeto de estudio.El diseño fue de dos tipos: descriptivo y documental.Resultados:Los pacientes con enfermedades crónicas reportaron niveles elevados de estrés, ansiedad y depresión. Conclusión:La atención primaria es esencial para el manejo de los trastornos de ansiedad, no solo por su accesibilidad, sino también por su capacidad para integrar la salud mental en el cuidado general del paciente.
