Abstract

Objetivo: identificar el nuevo linaje del virus del moquillo canino. Método: Descriptivo documental. Conclusión: La continua evolución del virus del moquillo canino, marcada por la aparición de nuevos linajes y su capacidad para infectar a una amplia variedad de especies, subraya la necesidad de un enfoque integral en su manejo y control. La interacción entre los linajes emergentes, la variabilidad en la respuesta a las vacunas existentes, y la coinfección con otros patógenos resaltan la complejidad de la enfermedad y la urgencia de desarrollar estrategias diagnósticas y preventivas más eficaces.
