Barreras y factores de calidad en atención a pacientes gineco-obstetra

Abstract

Objetivo: Analizar las barreras y factores de calidad en atención a pacientes gineco-obstetra. Método: Descriptiva observacional. Resultados: el 75% indicaron que recomendarían a embarazadas que acudan a la atención en el Hospital IESS Ambato, el 20% no sabe si recomendaría o no y el 5% no lo recomienda, debido a algunas pacientes manifestaron tener inconvenientes al momento de acceder por turno en la Institución. Conclusión: El análisis de barreras y factores de calidad en la atención a pacientes gineco-obstetra en el Hospital IESS-Ambato evidencia la importancia de una atención de calidad que incluya una comunicación efectiva, el acceso oportuno a los servicios, la información clara y completa, y el fomento de la lactancia materna
