Hematoma de músculo con celulitis infecciosa

Abstract

Objetivo: Presentación de caso clínico en paciente con hematoma de músculo con celulitis infecciosa. Se trata de una paciente femenina mestiza de 55 años, procedente de Pelileo, de ocupación ama de casa, con un grupo sanguíneo 0+, y además tiene tres partos normales con tres hijos vivos; la paciente tiene antecedentes de importancia como histerectomía. Conclusión: La celulitis es causada bacterias que afectan a la herida y si no son tratadas rápidamente puede causar gran morbilidad en las personas, En esta ocasión se habló de un caso de una mujer de 55 años que presentó caída del doble de su altura lo cual provocó que los vasos sanguíneos de su pierna derecha se rompan y se obstruya el tercio medio superior del fémur y al no ser tratada con prontitud se sigue teniendo un avance de la celulitis

Objective: Presentation of a clinical case in a patient with muscle hematoma with infectious cellulitis. The patient is a 55 year old mestizo female patient from Pelileo, a housewife, with blood group 0+, and has three normal deliveries with three living children; thepatient has a history of important antecedents such as hysterectomy. Conclusion: Cellulitis is caused by bacteria that affect the wound and if not treated quickly can cause great morbidity in people. In this occasion we talked about a case of a 55 year old woman who presented a fall of twice her height which caused the blood vessels of her right leg to break and obstruct the upper middle third of the femur and when not treated promptly she continues to have an advance of cellulitis.
