Análisis delas leyes que protegen al paciente de rubros

Abstract

Objetivo: realizar un análisis delas leyes que protegen al paciente de rubros. Método: Descriptiva documental. Conclusión: Siempre existirá un conflicto de intereses políticos al hablar de medicina estatal, por lo que estos no estarán pensados en torno de los principios bioéticos. En Ecuador, las bases jurídicas que protegen al paciente, basados en estos principios, poseen diferentes vacíos legales, que no permite sean aplicables a la realidad de lo que se vive. No se estandariza precios, ni se regula los cobros de pacientes por parte de instituciones y a nivel público, no existe la solvencia necesaria para una cobertura completa. De uno u otro modo, el paciente termina por pagar los servicios de salud
