Herramientas web utilizadas por funcionarios adscritos al centro de coordinación policial del área metropolitana del municipio Independencia estado Yaracuy 2021.

Abstract

En la era de la comunicación e información, la tecnología ha tomado su repunte desde sus diferentes sitios web, donde los multimedios han favorecido el desarrollo del hombre desde su formación, pues en estas herramientas se encuentra la disponibilidad para la construcción del conocimiento requerido. La presencia de las tecnologías es cada vez más habitual en el quehacer cotidiano, ya sea en la vida social, educativa, cultural, laboral. Estos ambientes electrónicos que brindan contenidos digitales, son cada vez más participativos. La investigación que se presenta, tiene como propósito describir las herramientas web utilizadas por funcionarios policiales adscritos al centro de coordinación policial del área metropolitana del municipio Independencia estado Yaracuy 2021. Sustentado teóricamente por los aportes de la Organización de las Naciones Unidas para la Educación, la Ciencia y la Cultura (UNESCO, 2008), referente a las Tecnologías de la Comunicación y de la Información (TIC), en Hütt (2012), lo relacionado a las Redes Sociales, en la Ley del Estatuto de la Función Policial (2015). Este estudio se circunscribe en el paradigma positivista bajo el enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo descriptivo, encauzado en un diseño no experimental, transaccional, de campo. La población objeto de estudio se conformará por veinte (20) funcionarios policiales de diferentes áreas del centro de coordinación policial antes mencionado, la muestra será censal por lo que se tomará toda la población. Como técnica de recolección de datos, se aplicará un instrumento constituido por diez (10) ítems de respuestas dicotómicas si y no, el cual será sometido al criterio de validez para el análisis de datos que permita concluir el estudio. Es importe señalar que esta investigación está en fase de desarrollo por lo cual no se presentan conclusiones definidas, sin embargo, de manera prospectiva se espera dar aportes sobre el uso de las herramientas web por parte de los funcionarios policiales en el quehacer policial.

In the communication and information era, technology has taken its rebound from its different websites, where multimedia has favored the development of man since its formation, since these tools offer the availability for the construction of the required knowledge. The presence of technologies is increasingly in everyday life, whether in social, educational, cultural, and labor life. These electronic environments that provide digital content are increasingly participatory. The purpose of the research presented is to describe the web tools used by police officers attached to the police coordination center of the metropolitan area of the municipality of independence, Yaracuy state 2021. Theoretically, supported by the contributions of the United Nations Educational Organization, the Science and Culture (UNESCO, 2008), referring to Communication and Information Technologies (ICT), in Hütt (2012), related to Social Networks, in the Law of the Statute of the Police Function (2015), concerning the police officer. This study is circumscribed in the positivist paradigm under a quantitative, descriptive approach, channeled into a non-experimental, transactional, field design. The population under study will be made up of twenty (20) police officers from different areas of the aforementioned police coordination center; the sample will be census, so the entire population will be taken. As a data collection technique, an instrument consisting of ten (10) items of dichotomous responses will be applied yes and no, which will be subjected to the validity criterion for data analysis that allows the study to be concluded. It is important to note that this research is in the development phase, therefore no definite conclusions are presented, however, prospectively it is expected to provide contributions on the use of web tools by police officers in police work.
