La firma electrónica en el proceso judicial civil

Abstract

El presente artículo tiene como objetivo evaluar la importancia de la implementación de la Firma Electrónica en el Proceso Judicial Civil, así como dar a conocer los beneficios, herramientas y técnicas para garantizar la validez y certeza que provee a las partes involucradas en el Proceso Jurídico. A través de la presente investigación se puede concluir que la Firma Electrónica es un método utilizado para autenticar la identidad de una persona y asegurar la integridad de un documento o mensaje electrónico. En el contexto del proceso judicial civil, la firma electrónica se ha convertido en una valiosa herramienta cuyo objetivo es garantizar la autenticidad, integridad y el no repudio de los documentos que se presentan en el proceso, así como mejorar la eficiencia y la celeridad del mismo. Además, la firma electrónica puede mejorar la accesibilidad y la disponibilidad de los documentos del proceso judicial civil, permitiendo a las partes involucradas acceder a ellos desde cualquier lugar y en cualquier momento, siempre y cuando dispongan de los medios necesarios para hacerlo
