Simplificación de los trámites administrativos en Defensorías Municipales de Niños, Niñas y Adolescentes

Abstract

Estudiar la Ley de Simplificación de Trámites Administrativos en Defensorías Municipales de Niños, Niñas y Adolescentes, así como su falta de aplicación, indiscutiblemente afecta directamente a esta población vulnerable. En tal sentido, se ha describir que el alcance de la simplificación de los trámites en las Defensorías garantizando el goce y disfrute pleno de sus derechos, todo ello amparado en los principios de Interés Superior, así como la Prioridad absoluta de niños, niñas y adolescentes. El estudio se fundamentó en la revisión jurídico - documental de parte del ordenamiento jurídico venezolano, donde destacan la Constitución de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela, la Ley de Simplificación de trámites Administrativos, la Ley Orgánica de Procedimientos Administrativos y la Ley Orgánica de Niños, Niñas y Adolescentes

Studying the Law on simplification of Administrative Procedures in Municipal Ombudsmen's Officesfor Childrenand Adolescents, as well as its lack of application, indisputably directly affects this vulnerable population. In this regard, it has been described that the scope of the simplification of procedures in the Ombudsmen's Offices guarantees the enjoyment and full enjoyment of their rights,all protected by the principles of Best Interests,as well as the absolute priority of children and adolescents.The study was based on the legal-documentary review of part of the Venezuelan legal system, which includes the Constitution of the Bolivarian Republicof Venezuela, the Lawon Simplification of Administrative Procedures,the Organic Lawon Administrative Proceduresand the Organic Lawon Childrenand Adolescents
