El emprendimiento en la Educación Superior: una visión desde el Pregrado Ciencia y Cultura de Alimentación de la Universidad Nacional Experimental del Yaracuy

Abstract

El emprendimiento es un fenómeno socio- económico de gran importancia en el desarrollo de cualquier país, es por esta razón, que se hace necesario su análisis desde el punto de vista teórico- conceptual, así como también reconocerlo y analizarlo en su contexto. Con este artículo se busca realizar un abordaje a diferentes enfoques que han definido el emprendimiento, mediante la revisión de investigaciones de autores que se han aproximado a una caracterización del perfil del emprendedor, todo esto enmarcado en un diseño de investigación documental. De igual manera se trata de vislumbrar el gran reto que tiene en sus manos la Educación Superior en cuanto a la enseñanza del emprendimiento, específicamente, se investiga de manera preliminar en los documentos que fundamentan en este sentido al Pregrado Ciencia y Cultura de la Alimentación (CCA) en la Universidad Nacional Experimental del Yaracuy. (UNEY) Obteniéndose de esta investigación, que existen diversas acepciones de las características presentes en un emprendedor, por lo que se hace complicado intentar estandarizar un perfil único. Por otro lado, cabe resaltar que en la revisión preliminar realizada al Pregrado (CCA), se observó la presencia de materias enfocadas al emprendimiento, no de manera aislada, sino englobadas en un Eje curricular específico dedicado a proyectar el tema.

Entrepreneurship is a socio-economic phenomenon of great importance in the development of any country, for this reason, it is necessary to analyze it from a theoretical conceptual point of view, as well as to recognize and analyze it in context. This article aims to considerate different approaches that have defined entrepreneurship, through the review of researches by authors that have approximated a characterization of the entrepreneur’s profile, framed in a documentary research design. In the same way, it is about glimpsing the great challenge that University Higher Education has regarding the teaching of entrepreneurship, specifically; it is investigated in a preliminary way in the documents which underlie the Pregrade Studies in Science and Food Culture (CCA) at the National Experimental University of Yaracuy. (UNEY) Obtaining from this research that there are various meanings of the characteristics present in an entrepreneur, so it is difficult to standardize a unique profile. On the other hand, it should be noted that in the preliminary review conducted to the Pregrade Studies (CCA), it was observed the presence of subjects focused on entrepreneurship, not in isolation, but included in a specific curricular axis dedicated to projecting the subject.
