Promoción de los medios de prueba para la identificación y esclarecimiento del delito de trata de personas en Venezuela

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación, estuvo direccionado principalmente en dar a conocer el crecimiento, la composición y organización de la Delincuencia Organizada, y cuál es la actuación del Ministerio Público como titular de la acción penal en la identificación en cuanto a la promoción de los medios de prueba, específicamente en el delito de Trata de Personas en la modalidad de explotación sexual de Niñas y Adolescente, particularmente en las fronteras de nuestro territorio Nacional. La metodología de investigación utilizada se basó tras la búsqueda de información a través de la recolección de datos por medio de la lectura, y principalmente por los recursos de aprendizaje escrito implementados en la práctica diaria, lo que favoreció satisfactoriamente el análisis en la esencia de la investigación que se realizó, otorgando así, el hecho de poder conocer las fuentes primarias que fundamentan el tema; creando una perspectiva real, logrando el desarrollo y el análisis en cuanto al fenómeno social que representa este tema. La conclusión a la se ha podido llegar, es que la trata de personas con fines de explotación sexual no solo son consecuencia de la desigualdad social, sino también de la falta de educación y de oportunidades. Tras realizar el presente trabajo de investigación, se logró evidenciar que este tipo de delitos, representa un negocio lucrativo, cuya principal causa está asociada con las grandes utilidades que genera para quienes hacen parte de él

The present research work was mainly aimed at making known the growth, composition and organization of Organized Crime, and what is the performance of the Public Ministry as the holder of criminal action in the identification regarding the promotion of the media. of evidence, specifically in the crime of Human Trafficking in the form of sexual exploitation of Girls and Adolescents, particularly on the borders of our National territory. The research methodology used was based on the search for information through data collection through reading, and mainly through the written learning resources implemented in daily practice, which satisfactorily favored the analysis in the essence of the research that was carried out, thus granting the fact of being able to know the primary sources that support the topic; creating a real perspective, achieving development and analysis regarding the social phenomenon that this topic represents. The conclusion that has been reached is that human trafficking for sexual exploitation is not only a consequence of social inequality, but also of the lack of education and opportunities. After carrying out this research work, it was possible to show that this type of crime represents a lucrative business, the main cause of which is associated with the great profits it generates for those who are part of it
