Los neodeterminismos jurídicos evolutivos en la tutelación universal de los seres trans-humanos

Abstract

Las realidades jurídicas normativas pueden avanzar en la medida de producirse faticidades requerientes de determinismos jurídicos partiendo de una revisión doctrinal-legalista, esto precisamente ocurre con la conversión de los seres transhumanos en bienes jurídicamente calificables lo cual genera la necesidad de justificar universal como nacionalmente una producción sustancial de derecho. En esta prisma el estudio presenta es analizar los neodeterminismos jurídicos evolutivos en la tutelación universal de los seres trans-humanos, desde un enfoque de la fuente epistemológica-formal junto a la sustancia idealista normativa. Desde el punto de vista metodológico se refiere a un estudio dogmático jurídico, de método deductivo analítico soportado de una revisión documental. Se concluye que el debate académico jurídico científico genera consideraciones fundamentales ante la posibilidad de humanos robóticos o robot humanoides que requerirán avances normativos

The normative legal realities can advance to the extent of producing fatalities requiring legal determinisms based on a doctrinal-legalistic revision, this precisely occurs with the conversion of transhuman beings into legally qualifiable goods, which generates the need to justify universally as nationally a production substantial of right. The general purpose of the study to analyze the evolutionary lega lneodeterminisms in the universal tutelage of trans-human beings, from an epistemological-formal source approach together with the normative idealist substance. From the methodological poin tof view, it refersto a legal dogmatic study, with an analytical deductive method supported by a documentary review. It is concluded that the academic legal scientific debate generates fundamental considerations regarding the possibility of robotic humans or humanoid robots that will require regulatory advances
