Visión Ontoepistémica de la Supervisión Educativa Orientada a la Calidad de la Gestión Escolar

Abstract

El propósito de este trabajo, es conocer la visión ontoepistémica de la supervisión educativa orientada a la calidad de la gestión escolar correspondiente al Complejo Educativo Nacional Belén Sanjuán Colina, Municipio Piar del Estado Bolívar tomando en cuenta la Línea de investigación: Gestión Escolar. Sus referentes teóricos se centran en las ideas de Vargas (2017) sobre la Supervisión Educativa, Villarroel y otros (2022) con la Visión Ontoepistémica, Villarreal (2009) y la gestión escolar (2020) los cuales brindan aportes significativos y reales que permean la educación venezolana y se orientan a la búsqueda de la calidad educativa. En el proceso y desarrollo de esta investigación utilicé como técnica la observación participante, basada en la Investigación Acción Participativa y Transformadora con un enfoque cualitativo y paradigma sociocrítico. El instrumento utilizado es el cuaderno de campo y la técnica que permitió sintetizar la información obtenida fue la sistematización de experiencias planteada por Óscar Jara (2011). Se obtuvo como parte de las reflexiones finales que la supervisión educativa, entendida desde una visión ontoepistémica, debe poner énfasis en la formación continua de los educadores, facilitando espacios de reflexión crítica y aprendizaje colaborativo. La implementación de una supervisión educativa basada en una perspectiva ontoepistémica favorecerá la creación de espacios educativos más inclusivos, equitativos y enriquecedores, donde el aprendizaje se construya de manera colaborativa y significativa para todos los estudiantes, al poder diseñar y desarrollar entornos de aprendizaje que promuevan la diversidad, la equidad y la participación activa de todos los miembros de la comunidad educativa.

The purpose of this paper is to understand the ontoepistemic perspective of educational supervision aimed at the quality of school management at the Belén Sanjuán Colina National Educational Complex, Piar Municipality, Bolívar State, taking into account the line of research: School Management. Its theoretical references focus on the ideas of Vargas (2017) on Educational Supervision, Villarroel and others (2022) with the Ontoepistemic Vision, Villarreal (2009) and school management (2020) which provide significant and real contributions that permeate Venezuelan education and are oriented towards the search for educational quality. In the process and development of this research, I used participant observation as a technique, based on Participatory and Transformative Action Research with a qualitative approach and socio-critical paradigm. The instrument used was the field notebook, and the technique that allowed for the synthesis of the information obtained was the systematization of experiences proposed by Óscar Jara (2011). As part of the final reflections, it was concluded that educational supervision, understood from an ontoepistemic perspective, should emphasize the ongoing training of educators, facilitating spaces for critical reflection and collaborative learning. The implementation of educational supervision based on an ontoepistemic perspective will foster the creation of more inclusive, equitable, and enriching educational spaces, where learning is collaboratively constructed and meaningful for all students, by designing and developing learning environments that promote diversity, equity, and the active participation of all members of the educational community.
