La relación entre la Historia y el Derecho desde el punto de vista de Carl Joachim Friedrich

Abstract

La relación entre el Derecho y la Historia es un tema muy poco estudiado en el medio académico venezolano a pesar que la Historia del Derecho posee ya dos siglos de existencias. De allí el interés de analizar dicha relación a través del estudio de autores de otros países; tal y como lo representa el caso del filósofo del Derecho y Jurista alemán Carl Joachim Friedrich, quien dedicó su vida al estudio de éste y otros temas que guardaron relación con el mencionado, tales como el desarrollo a través del tiempo de la Filosofía del Derecho, la autoridad y legitimidad del Derecho, entre otros, cuyo peso en las actividades del ser humano es innegable.

The relationship between Law and History is a subject very little studied in the Venezuelan academic environment despite the fact that the History of Law already has two centuries of existence. Hence the interest of analyzing this relationship through the study of authors from other countries; as represented by the case of the German philosopher of Law and Jurist Carl Joachim Friedrich, who dedicated his life to the study of this and other issues that were related to the aforementioned, such as the development through time of the Philosophy of Law, the authority and legitimacy of the Law, among others, whose weight in the activities of the human being is undeniable.
