Visión ontoepistemológica en la articulación de la gestión en la calidad del cuidado: un enfoque integral en la atención de salud

Abstract

La investigación actual presenta la pertinencia de la visión onto epistemológica como ciencia en el estudio del conocimiento científico en cuanto al ser desde un enfoque holístico. Como propósito de la investigación, cimentar la episteme en el fortalecimiento de la calidad del cuidado del paciente en pertinencia a la mundología hospitalaria, esta viene a jugar un papel crucial al proporcionar un marco teórico y metodológico en la práctica clínica y la investigación en el ámbito de la salud, sustentada en estrategias estructuradas en un método que constituya agentes de cambio más importante de la sociedad postmoderna y en el que la gestión se constituya en un proceso humanista como ente biopsicosocial. Desde esta perspectiva Epistemológica se ubica en la corriente paradigmática interpretativa, a través de la aplicación del método fenomenológico hermenéutico, bajo el enfoque cualitativo y un paradigma post positivista. Ontológicamente la autora otorga significado desde la gestión del yo del profesional de enfermería como ser integral ante las necesidades interferidas del paciente hospitalizado, en la integración de lo cognitivo y lo afectivo. Se empleó la entrevista en profundidad como método para recopilar información. Los sujetos significantes fueron tres, se realizó un tratamiento particular de los datos que permitieron preservar su naturaleza verbal; el escenario objeto de estudio lo constituyó el Hospital Lcdo. José María Benítez de la Victoria, Estado Aragua. La información recabada permitió identificar ciertas debilidades en lo que se refiere a estándares de calidad en el cuidado del paciente hospitalizado con sus necesidades básicas interferidas y cuyos, factores están originados por la sobre carga laboral y la disminución de la plantilla del recurso humano en enfermería.

The current research presents the relevance of the onto epistemological vision as a science in the study of scientific knowledge regarding being from a holistic approach. As a research purpose, to cement the episteme in the strengthening of the quality of patient care in relevance to the hospital world, this comes to play a crucial role by providing a theoretical and methodological framework in clinical practice and research in the health field, supported by strategies structured in a method that constitutes the most important change agents of the postmodern society and in which management is constituted in a humanistic process as a biopsychosocial entity. From this Epistemological perspective it is located in the interpretive paradigmatic current, through the application of the hermeneutic phenomenological method, under the qualitative approach. Ontologically, the author grants meaning from the management of the self of the nursing professional as an integral being in the face of the interfered needs of the hospitalized patient, in the integration of the cognitive and the affective. The in-depth interview was used as a technique for collecting information. There were three significant subjects, and a particular treatment of the data was carried out to preserve their verbal nature; the setting under study was the Lcdo. José María Benítez de la Victoria Hospital in the State of Aragua. The information collected allowed us to identify certain weaknesses in terms of quality of care, factors caused by work overload and the reduction of human resources in nursing.
