Statu quo de la investigación sobre formación profesional en España: Análisis DAFO y CAME

Abstract

La Formación Profesional es esencial para afrontar las grandes transformaciones del siglo XXI. La investigación sobre la misma permite responder a los principales desafíos de esta vertiente educativa. Es el trabajo realizado por diez analistas de universidades españolas que han tratado de identificar los factores que frenan o propician la investigación sobre Formación Profesional en su contexto. La metodología empleada ha sido participativa e intencional con un carácter grupal, crítico, procesual y constructivo. Mediante la técnica DAFO se delimitan de forma consensuada 12 Retos esenciales a abordar. A través de la técnica CAME se establecen una serie de estrategias de acción para cada reto que han permitido corregir, afrontar, mantener y explotar el mejor desarrollo posible de esta línea de investigación. Se concluye y recomienda la configuración progresiva e inclusiva de un ecosistema de Investigación sobre FP en España (IFPE), extensible en buena parte a otros países con cultura similar.

Vocational education and training is essential to face the great transformations of the 21st century. Research on it allows responding to the main challenges of this educational aspect. It is the work carried out by ten analysts from Spanish universities who have tried to identify the factors that slow down or promote research on VET in its context. The methodology used has been participatory and intentional with a group, critical, procedural and constructive character. By means of the SWOT technique, 12 essential challenges to be addressed are delimited in a consensual manner. Through the CAME technique, a series of action strategies are established for each challenge that have made it possible to correct, face, maintain and exploit the best possible development of this line of research. The progressive and inclusive configuration of a VET Research ecosystem in Spain (IFPE) is concluded and recommended, largely extensible to other countries with a similar culture.
