Implementación de un programa de formación para la protección social contra la violencia en la mujer

Abstract

El presente artículo plantea la implementación de un programa de formación con el propósito de disminuir la violencia doméstica contra la mujer, mediante el aporte de un plan de acción y estrategias formativas que permite modificar los patrones conductuales, protegiendo o mejorando la vida, se ubica dentro del paradigma sociocrítico con enfoque cualitativo, bajo la modalidad de Investigación Acción Participativa y es incluido en la línea de investigación correspondiente a currículo, formación e innovación pedagógica. Los sujetos significantes de estudio corresponden a una mujer víctima de violencia doméstica, a un hombre con patrones de conducta violenta y a un agente policial encargado del departamento contra la violencia doméstica, los cuales dieron su aporte en cuanto a la información requerida a través del uso de la entrevista no estructurada. El manejo de la información se realizó a través de los procesos de categorización y triangulación, permitiendo abordar a través de acciones educativas, aplicando las terapias de control de ira y comportamiento violento, generándose como resultado la modificación de dichas conductas, bajo un acto reflexivo, entendiéndose que la violencia contra la mujer es un abuso psicosocial que ocasiona devastadoras secuelas en las victimas, manifestadas por inexorables daños físicos, emocionales y sexuales, que generan cuantiosos costos a las personas y a la nación, constituyéndose esta investigación en un elemento fundamental de protección humana y social, siendo la educación la vía o herramienta idónea en pro de las transformaciones sociales de manera exitosa.

This article proposes the implementation of a training program with the purpose of reducing domestic violence against women, through the provision of an action plan and training strategies that allow modifying behavioral patterns, protecting or improving life, located within of the sociocritical paradigm with a qualitative approach, under the modality of Participatory Action Research and is included in the line of research corresponding to curriculum, training and pedagogical innovation. The significant subjects of the study correspond to a woman victim of domestic violence, a man with patterns of violent behavior and a police officer in charge of the department against domestic violence, who gave their contribution regarding the required information through the use of the unstructured interview. The management of the information was carried out through the processes of categorization and triangulation, allowing it to be addressed through educational actions, applying therapies to control anger and violent behavior, generating as a result the modification of said behaviors, under a reflective act, understanding that violence against women is a psychosocial abuse that causes devastating consequences for the victims, manifested by inexorable physical, emotional and sexual damage, which generates considerable costs for people and the nation, constituting this research as a fundamental element of human protection. and social, with education being the ideal way or tool for successful social transformations.
