Los riesgos en pandemia: catástrofe social

Abstract

El COVID-19, es un recordatorio de que las pandemias y sindemias, han ocurrido en el pasado y continuarán ocurriendo en el futuro. En este artículo, se bosqueja, comenzando con algunos autores, como, Sendai Zea, Rodríguez, A., entre otros, donde manifiestan las graves consecuencias económicas, sociales, educativas que han ocasionado cambios drásticos en el mundo y en muchas organizaciones, como la educativa, y ellas deben concienciar para priorizar y optimizar el gasto. Todo esto abordado, a partir de una revisión documental, sistemática, desde la cosmovisión de los investigadores, planteando reflexiones, donde los riesgos operacionales y laborales han evolucionado en medio de todos los flancos sociales, concientizar estos cambios sobre la forma en que se concibe el trabajo y espacio laboral.

In this article, it is outlined, starting with some authors, such as Sendai Zea, Rodríguez, A., among others, where they manifest the serious economic, social, educational consequences that have caused drastic changes in the world and in many organizations, such as education, and they must raise awareness to prioritize and optimize spending. All this addressed, from a documentary review, systematic, from the worldview of the researchers, raising unfinished reflections, where operational and labor risks have evolved in the midst of all social flanks, raise awareness of these changes about the way in which work and work space are conceived.
