Cultura gerencial en las organizaciones del deporte ecuatoriano

Abstract

El estudio tiene la intención de analizar la cultura gerencial en las organizaciones del deporte ecuatoriano con foco en el alto rendimiento y en las ligas populares. La metodología está basada en un enfoque cualitativo y en el método de la teoría fundamentada de Strauss y Corbin. Los resultados revelan que existe un quehacer gerencial que atenta en contra de una ajustada cultura gerencial que garantice un desempeño exitoso en el ámbito local, regional e internacional.

The study intends to analyze the management culture in Ecuadorian sports organizations with a focus on high performance and popular leagues. The methodology is based on a qualitative approach and on the method of the well-founded theory of Strauss and Corbin. The results reveal that there is a managerial task that attempts against a tight managerial culture that guarantees a successful performance at the local, regional and international level.
