Gestión de proyectos estratégicos para las pequeñas empresas del área metropolitana de Barranquilla (Colombia)

Abstract

El presente artículo de investigación se realizó con el objetivo de diagnosticar los sistemas gestión de proyectos estratégicos para las pymes de Barranquilla. Metodológicamente se desarrolló con un enfoque cuantitativo de tipo descriptivo. Los resultados confirman que las pymes, para alcanzar un nuevo panorama de competitividad, necesitan de un cambio de visión, donde se asocie a su actividad diaria herramientas de gestión, calidad y estrategia. Se concluye que los sistemas de gestión son fundamentales para el éxito empresarial.

This research article was carried out with the objective of diagnosing the strategic project management systems for the SMEs of Barranquilla. Methodologically it was developed with a quantitative approach of descriptive type. The results confirm that confirms, that SMEs to reach a new competitive landscape, need a change of vision, where management tools, quality and strategy are associated with their daily activity. It is concluded that the management systems are fundamental for business success.
