dc.description.abstractEn este artículo se devela el tratamiento que asignan textos escolares de Historia y Geografía y Ciencias Sociales en Chile a la historia reciente de la Araucanía. La muestra la constituyeron textos escolares de Historia y Geografía y Ciencias Sociales implementados en Chile en 2019. Al respecto, se realiza un análisis de contenido de los textos escolares. Los resultados revelan un enfoque de los textos escolares orientado al tratamiento, exclusivo, del hecho histórico denominado “Ocupación de la Araucanía”.en_US
dc.description.abstractThis article reveals the treatment assigned by school textbooks of History and Geography and Social Sciences in Chile to the recent history of Araucanía. The sample was constituted by school texts of History and Geography and Social Sciences implemented in Chile in 2019. In this regard, an analysis of the content of school texts is carried out. The results reveal an approach to school texts oriented to the treatment, exclusive, of the historical fact called "Occupation of Araucanía".en_US
