Los créditos de la Banca Privada y su impacto en la producción del sector manufacturero del Ecuador, periodo 2015-2018

Abstract

El presente artículo tiene como objetivo mostrar el impacto que los créditos otorgados por la Banca Privada han tenido en la producción del sector manufacturero del Ecuador en el periodo 2015-2018. El trabajo se desarrolló con un alcance descriptivo y correlacional, bajo un enfoque cuantitativo. Los resultados obtenidos muestran que los segmentos de créditos productivos y microcréditos son significativos para explicar las variaciones de la producción del sector manufacturero, a pesar de mostrar menores volúmenes de créditos.

The objective of this article is to show the impact that the credits granted by the Private Banking have had in the production of the manufacturing sector of Ecuador in the period 2015-2018. The work was developed with a descriptive and correlational scope, under a quantitative approach. The results obtained show that the segments of productive credits and microcredits are significant to explain the variations in the production of the manufacturing sector, despite showing lower volumes of credits.
