Sintomas, queixas e diagnósticos em professoras dos anos iniciais da rede municipal de Olinda (Brasil): histeria, burnout

Abstract

Objetivou-se exibir os resultados da análise multicausal do fenômeno do adoecimento como consequências da prática docente das professoras dos anos iniciais no município de Olinda, objetivando-se relacioná-los com os sintomas da Histeria e os preditores da Síndrome de Burnout. A problemática, diretriz do percurso, surgiu em detrimento dos relatos de desconforto, mal-estar, sofrimento e enfermidades dessas profissionais, através de questionários, conversas e observações, estimulando a pesquisa qualiquantitativa, explicativa e descritiva. Alcançaram-se os objetivos, a partir da constatação das precárias condições de trabalho em vários aspectos, desencadeando o mal-estar docente, traduzido em sintomas, queixas e diagnósticos, os quais se perseguiram na busca pela relação com as características da histeria e dos preditores da Síndrome de Burnout entre estas profissionais.

The objective was to show the results of the multicausal analysis of the illness phenomenon as consequences of the teaching practice of the teachers of the early years in the municipality of Olinda, aiming to relate them to the symptoms of Hysteria and the predictors of Burnout Syndrome The problem, guiding the route, arose to the detriment of the reports of discomfort, malaise, suffering and illnesses of these professionals, through questionnaires, conversations and observations, stimulating qualitative, explanatory and descriptive research. The objectives were achieved, based on the observation of the precarious working conditions in several aspects, triggering the teacher malaise, translated into symptoms, complaints and diagnoses, Which were pursued in the search for the relationship with the characteristics of hysteria and predictors Burnout Syndrome among these professionals.
