Convivencia y violencia escolar: tensiones percibidas según actores educativos

Abstract

Esta investigación busca indagar las percepciones respecto a las formas de manifestación de la violencia escolar y a las prácticas de gestión de la convivencia. Las manifestaciones de violencia verbal y social por exclusión son las más frecuentes entre estudiantes; en gestión de la convivencia, el área más fortalecida es “aseguramiento de la convivencia”, y la más debilitada es “formación”. Se discute desde la normativa en convivencia acentuando las implicancias y la función formativa de la escuela.

This research seeks to investigate the perceptions regarding the forms of manifestation of school violence and management practices of coexistence. The manifestations of verbal and social violence due to exclusion are the most frequent among students; in coexistence management, the most strengthened area is "assurance of coexistence", and the weakest is "training". It is discussed from the normative in coexistence emphasizing the implications and the formative function of the school.
